How do I buy tickets?
Choose an event, select your tickets, complete checkout, and receive your tickets by email. You can also access them from your account when logged in.
Can I get a refund?
Refund rules are set by the event organizer and displayed before purchase. If you are eligible, contact the organizer or our support with your order reference.
I did not receive my tickets—what should I do?
Check your spam folder first, then verify the email used at checkout. If they are still missing, contact support with your order number.
How do I publish an event?
Create an organizer account, use the event creation flow to add details and tickets, then publish when you are ready. You can save drafts along the way.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed through certified payment partners. Votix does not store full card numbers on its servers.
